Network protection

Keep the traffic.
Stop the disruption.

DDoS attacks should be filtered before they reach your server. Our protected network routes traffic through Gcore, bringing edge filtering and clear attack visibility to Nodewave.

GCORE PROTECTED200+ TbpsGcore global filtering capacity

Our protected guest route uses Gcore. The capacity figure is published for Gcore's global network, not a dedicated Nodewave or per-server allocation. View Gcore specifications ↗

01

Filter at the edge

Gcore inspects network traffic to help separate attack packets from legitimate TCP and UDP connections.

02

A protected path

Clean traffic reaches the Nodewave server network through our configured protected route.

03

See what happened

Our public feed reports recent Gcore alerts. Customer addresses and individual server details stay private.

From edge to server

A stronger route.
A clearer picture.

Filtering happens upstream of the protected guest network, before traffic is delivered to your server.

  1. 01Incoming traffic

Connections arrive at the protected address.

  2. 02Gcore filtering

Network protection policies inspect the traffic.

  3. 03Nodewave server

Allowed traffic continues over the protected route.

Server routing checks passed. Inbound and outbound guest traffic and network isolation have been verified. Live FiveM player testing is still pending.

Live security visibility

Real events.
Useful context.

See recent alert activity from Gcore's event log. A quiet feed means no alerts were reported in this window; it is not a guarantee that every service is attack-free.

The details
that matter.

Protection is one layer of a reliable service. Your application, access controls and backups still matter.

Does this cover FiveM servers?

The configured profile includes FiveM inspection. We still need to complete acceptance with a real server and players before presenting FiveM service protection as verified.

Does it replace a firewall or application security?

No. Network DDoS filtering complements server firewalls, strong authentication and application controls. It does not fix vulnerable software or protect every application request.

What is verified today?

The protected guest route, ingress, egress and isolation checks have passed. Available Linux plans can be ordered through the dashboard. Protection of the physical host's public uplink has not been verified.

Where can I learn about the protection provider?

Read Gcore's server protection overview and gaming protection overview. Provider-wide capabilities are not a dedicated Nodewave capacity or uptime guarantee.
