The Nodewave platform

Your game.
Your community.
Your server stack.

Build your game server around the software you choose. Nodewave VPS and VDS give you a virtual machine with clear resource allocations, OS-level administration and one place to follow its usage.

Configure an available Linux VPS or VDS. Live FiveM player acceptance remains pending.

Start focused.
Make room as you grow.

Both products run on the same shared compute platform. Choose the resources your workload needs, then check capacity and OS readiness.

Flexible virtual computeVPS

A focused home
for your first community.

A virtual private server gives you a configurable OS and a defined vCPU, RAM and storage budget. Install your game software, dependencies and supporting services yourself.

  • Control versions, plugins and configuration
  • Run a database or bot within the same resource budget
  • Measure usage before choosing a larger size

Larger virtual allocationsVDS

More room for
a heavier server stack.

VDS plans offer larger vCPU, memory and disk allocations for communities with more services or heavier workloads. You retain the same OS-level administration and dashboard.

  • More room for memory-heavy plugins and databases
  • Choose a larger allocation for measured demand
  • Same shared host platform and capacity checks
Explore VDS sizes

VDS describes our larger virtual server range. CPU pinning and exclusive physical hardware are not included in the current offering.

Built around the workload

Give your game server
the right kind of headroom.

A player count alone cannot size a server. Scripts, plugins, world data, databases and the players' network paths all affect the result.

01 / PROCESSOR

Know the CPU behind it

Our host uses AMD EPYC 4564P: 4.5 GHz base and up to 5.7 GHz boost. VM performance also depends on contention and your software; clock speed is not a player-capacity guarantee.

02 / MEMORY & STORAGE

Budget for the full stack

Leave memory for your game process, database and operating system. NVMe storage supports your world files, logs and application data; actual I/O performance depends on the workload.

03 / NETWORK

Protect the route

Gcore filters traffic upstream of the protected guest network. Choose a location for your players and test latency and jitter before committing to a game workload.

04 / VISIBILITY

Follow real usage

The server dashboard provides CPU, memory and inbound/outbound network history from the hypervisor. Use those readings alongside your game's own profiling tools.

Then choose the size.

These are workload considerations, not tested player limits or preinstalled game packages. Compatibility and licensing must be checked for your chosen software.

FiveM communities

Plan for FXServer, your resources and the roleplay database. Test representative scripts and real players before setting a player cap. Our real FiveM acceptance is pending.

Plugin and mod-heavy servers

For Minecraft-style workloads, measure tick time and memory with the actual modpack. Keep separate copies of worlds and configurations before changing versions.

A complete community stack

A self-managed VM can host game software, a database and bots together. Allocate for their combined usage, isolate credentials and maintain your own updates and backups.

Before you choose

Clear answers.
A better fit.

Should I choose a VPS or VDS for a game server?

Start with the measured CPU, memory and storage needs of your game and supporting services. VPS is our flexible virtual server range; VDS provides larger allocations on the same shared platform. A VDS label does not promise better single-thread performance or exclusive physical cores.

Is Nodewave a managed game-panel host?

Nodewave provides self-managed virtual machines and infrastructure controls. You install and maintain the game stack. A provider with a game installer and framework support may suit you better if you want help managing the game itself.

How many players will a plan support?

We do not publish untested player limits. Benchmark your actual scripts, mods and database with representative players, then consider CPU contention, memory use, tick time and network quality. Game licensing can impose separate limits.

Can I choose Windows for FiveM?

Windows Server is listed as unavailable until installation, licensing and customer access are validated. Choose only an OS marked ready in the catalog. Cfx.re documents Linux and Windows setup separately; confirm its current compatibility guidance for your version.

Can I order a server today?

Yes. Sign in, choose an available plan and Ubuntu image, and review your GST-inclusive total. Your chosen plan, OS and payment route must be available before an order can proceed.
